We have been bringing our dog, Pickles, to Johana for grooming since 2020, and we truly cannot imagine trusting anyone else with him. Pickles is a very timid dog and can be nervous around new people, so finding a groomer who makes him feel safe and comfortable has always been incredibly important to us. From the very beginning, Johana has had a calm, kind demeanor that immediately put both Pickles and our family at ease. It’s clear that Johana genuinely cares about the animals she works with. She is patient, gentle, and attentive, which makes such a difference for a dog like Pickles who can easily become anxious. Over the years, we’ve seen how comfortable he is with her, and that level of trust is something we truly value. Knowing that he is in such good hands every time we bring him in gives us complete peace of mind. Not only is Johana wonderful with Pickles, but she also does an amazing job with his grooming. He always comes out looking fantastic—clean, well-trimmed, and clearly well cared for. Her attention to detail and consistent quality of work really stand out. Johanna has been grooming our rescue pups for many years. We started looking for a mobile company because Lucy, our 14 year old shih Tzu is very anxious and would have seizures at grooming places. The one on one attention Johana gives Lucy was just what she needed to make grooming a fun day at the salon rather than a traumatic experience. She took to Johana's sweet and patient disposition instantly. Mabel, our 4 year old spunky poodle mix is extremely protective of us and Lucy but she warmed up to Johana within seconds. Her professionalism is on par with prompt arrival times and open communication even during an appointment. You can tell she really cares about animals and we trust her completely. She's even texted me to let me know Lucy had a tick and she was removing it saving me panic later. Where else will you find that level of care and concern? The pups come back to me smelling great, relaxed, happy, ready for treats but sad to see Johana go.
Johana is truly the best groomer we’ve ever worked with. She is incredibly kind, professional, and reliable, and it’s clear how much she genuinely cares about the dogs she works with. My dog has been groomed by Johanna many times, and every single time she comes back looking perfectly groomed and smelling amazing. What I appreciate most is how much my dog loves her. Our 8-year-old Bernedoodle, Georgia, can be a bit of a challenge with her allergies and itchy skin, but Johanna has been absolutely amazing with her. She takes such gentle, thoughtful care to make sure Georgia is comfortable and uses products that keep her skin calm and healthy. Georgia always comes home looking beautiful, feeling great, and clearly happy after seeing Johanna. We completely trust her and are so grateful for the love and attention she gives our girl. I can’t recommend our mobile dog groomer enough. We’ve been working with her for over four years, and she has been nothing short of amazing. She is always punctual, professional, and incredibly kind. Toby, our dog is 16 years old now, and she treats him with so much patience, gentleness, and care. It means the world to know he’s in such compassionate hands, especially at his age. Jhoana has been grooming our 8 year old Maltipoo, Oreo, for several years. She is the only groomer I trust with my baby! She is very thorough- bath, nails, ears, teeth, and he smells good for weeks after a grooming. She is always on time and keeps our groomings on schedule (every 8-10 weeks.) We can’t say enough good things about our dog groomer, Johana! From the moment we met her, we knew Teddy was in good hands. She is patient, gentle, and clearly passionate about what she does. Our dog, Teddy, can be very nervous, but he was instantly comfortable with her. She always takes her time to make sure he feels comfortable with her the whole time. Teddy is all white and can get very dirty and Johana does an AMAZING job! He is always clean, fluffy, with his nails perfectly trimmed, and smelling so good. I couldn’t recommend Johana and her grooming services more highly. She is exactly the kind of person you want caring for your pet, especially if you have an anxious dog like I do. He is always excited to see her and she approaches him in she a gentle and loving way. Her disposition is calm, kind, and caring. She is also extremely responsible and reliable. She responds to any questions or inquiries in a prompt manner, is always very professional in how she presents her self and communicates, and I have never had an issue with her showing up, being on time, or handling my dog with the utmost care. Jhoana’s work with our 8 pound shi-poo has been wonderful. June is now 7 years old and has had Jhoana as her groomer from the start. Jhoana is a warm, loving person and treats June like her own. The service is convenient because she comes to our home. June is with her for about an hour and comes out smelling sweet and looking adorable. I highly recommend her.
Johana has been grooming our dog, Shadow, for four years. She always gives such consistent haircuts and is so gentle with Shadow, who can be anxious at times. Johana is very friendly, professional, and responsive. She is always on time and receptive to any comments we might have.
